About Us

My name is Mari, and I am the CEO and Founder of Scattered Treasures | YOCode. I’d like to take this time to tell you about myself and how we began. My background is in aerospace and electronic systems technology. I’m also a US Air Force veteran with interests in cutting edge technology, professional sports, music, and philanthropy.

Scattered Treasures was an idea that presented itself after a 2015 live listening event. The party featured a Grammy Award winning entertainer. Immediately following the event the artist gave away ten personal items via lottery. All I had to do to participate was donate twenty dollars to her foundation.

I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners and I chose a framed photo, which she was kind enough to autograph. After leaving the event I was super-excited about my memorabilia, but before I got within five feet of my vehicle a small a group of women accosted me. Each one screaming at the top of their lungs.

I discovered that fans are crazy about real time celebrity experiences, which birthed the concept. Staying connected to our favorite entertainers has become one of the nation’s favorite pastimes. More so, this connection is an amazing means of creating financial synergy for global philanthropy.
