1. SPONSOR
This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Scattered Treasures LLC | YOCode, located at 484 E. Carmel Drive, Suite 128, Carmel, IN 46032-2812 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States or "any country where this Promotion is legally permitted" who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Promotion begins on January 01, 2025 at 6 am, EST and ends on January 01 2026 at 6 am, EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by filling out an entry form on Sponsor's website at www.yocode.live. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
5. PRIZE(S) AND ODDS
The winner(s) will receive:One YOCode standard design with custom folio page, approximate retail value (ARV) - $500 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner(s) will be selected on or about January 01, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified via email/phone within 5 days. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims related to participation, prize acceptance, or use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
10. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.yocode.live. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
11. DISPUTES
This Promotion is governed by the laws of Indiana, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indiana, Hamilton County unless prohibited by the laws of the participant's country.
12. WINNER'S LIST
For the winner's name(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 484 E. Carmel, IN 46032-2812 within 3 days after the Promotion ends.
